1. Operator, acceptance and eligibility

KWIK LOANS is a proprietary micro enterprise. Proprietor: Rashi Jain.

These terms govern use of this website. By using the website, you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, do not use its enquiry services. Read these terms together with the Privacy Policy and Legal Information. Personal-information use and sharing are subject to the applicable notice and consent, not merely to browsing the website.

The enquiry service is intended for people aged 18 or over who can enter into a valid agreement under applicable law. This does not establish eligibility for a financial product: each provider applies its own criteria. Use the service for your own genuine enquiry; for a business enquiry, you must be authorised to act for that business.

2. Nature of our service

Kwik Loans provides information about personal loans, business loans and credit cards. Our intended business model is affiliate-link referral: where an approved referral link is available, you continue with the relevant provider on its website. We may receive a referral commission under the applicable affiliate arrangement. This is not a claim that any particular partner or offer is currently available.

Neither Kwik Loans nor its operator is a bank, NBFC or lender. Kwik Loans does not itself sanction, disburse or service loans, issue credit cards, or determine final financial-product terms. Website content is general information, not personalised financial advice or an unconditional promise of credit.

The website forms currently check entries in your browser without delivering or saving them. A completion screen is not confirmation that our team or a lender has received an application. Direct support channels will be published only after founder confirmation.

3. No guarantee of approval or availability

Submitting information does not create a loan or credit-card agreement and does not guarantee an offer, eligibility, approval, a specific rate or an approval timeline.

The relevant financial institution independently determines final approval or rejection, amount, interest rate, tenure, credit limit, fees, eligibility, verification and other conditions. Options may be unavailable for a particular profile or location.

4. Lender independence and third-party products

Any product contract is between you and the relevant provider. Review the provider’s disclosures, repayment obligations, charges, conditions and privacy policy before accepting.

Kwik Loans does not control a provider’s assessment, service, decisions or changes to its products. Product categories shown here are not endorsements or confirmed offers from a particular institution.

5. Information you provide

Confirm that the personal information you provide is your own, accurate, complete and current. Use your own contact details, be authorised to provide any business information, and tell us about relevant corrections. Do not impersonate another person or make fraudulent enquiries.

You remain responsible for reviewing your submission and informing us of relevant corrections. Do not submit identity documents, OTPs, passwords or full payment details through a general contact message.

6. Communications and privacy

By selecting the enquiry checkbox, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy and consent to the operator using relevant information to assist with your enquiry. Where necessary and an applicable journey is available, this includes sharing with appropriate banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, lending or business partners and necessary service providers. Sharing is limited to that purpose, subject to applicable law, the relevant notice and any further required consent.

The enquiry consent covers contact by our team and relevant recipients assisting with your enquiry through phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email, where used and permitted by law. It does not authorise unrelated marketing, credit bureau enquiries or monitoring, Account Aggregator access, bank-account scraping, payment processing, investment services or insurance. Any separate provider permissions must be considered in that provider’s journey.

A direct privacy contact is pending founder confirmation. Until it is published, a written request may be sent to the registered business address. Withdrawal may prevent us from continuing the enquiry and does not undo prior lawful processing. Necessary responses or legally required communications may still apply. An enquiry does not guarantee a callback or a provider response.

7. Calculators and website information

Calculators provide illustrations using the values you enter. They do not include every fee, tax, timing adjustment or product-specific condition and are not lender quotations.

We aim to provide clear information, but product requirements and third-party information may change. Verify material details with the provider before relying on them.

8. Third-party links

Links to external websites are provided for relevant next steps or information. External sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Review the destination and its terms before submitting information or accepting a product.

9. Intellectual property

The Kwik Loans name, original site content and design are used for this service. Do not reproduce or misuse material without the relevant rights or permission, except where permitted by law. Third-party names and materials, if introduced with approval, belong to their respective owners.

10. Prohibited usage

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, scrape personal information, submit spam or fraudulent leads, or use the website for unlawful purposes. We may restrict misuse where appropriate.

11. Availability and limitation of liability

We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kwik Loans is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from website outages, reliance on general information, or independent provider decisions.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not remove any remedy available to you under applicable law.

12. Modifications and governing law

We may change, suspend or discontinue website features or provider journeys. Revised terms will be published here with an updated date. Material changes will receive additional notice or agreement where required; a revision does not itself grant new permission to use personal information.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections. Please contact us first with a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not restrict your right to approach a competent court, consumer forum or other authority under applicable law; no exclusive local jurisdiction or compulsory arbitration is imposed here.
